Sessions are conversational and centered on you. I take notes throughout, document key plant recommendations, and send a follow-up summary so nothing gets lost.
We explore your health concerns and current context together, understanding your body's patterns, what's been tried before, and what feels right to work toward.

Do you work with people online or remotely?
Yes, sessions are available via video call so I work with people throughout California and beyond. If you're local to the far northern coast of California, in-person sessions may also be available.
What kinds of health concerns do you work with?
My role is to help you understand what plant-based supports may be appropriate for you at this time. I work with a wide range of everyday concerns, including digestive issues, sleep difficulties, stress and nervous system support, immune health, hormonal balance, and building overall resilience. Herbal consultations are educational in nature: I do not diagnose medical conditions, treat disease, or replace medical care.
How many sessions will I need?
Sessions are offered individually with no long-term commitment required. Most people start with an initial consultation and check in for one or two follow-up sessions as they put their herbal plan into practice. Some find a single session gives them what they need, while others prefer ongoing support over several months. We'll figure out what works for you.
Can I work with you if I'm already seeing a doctor or taking medications?
Absolutely. I view herbalism as a complement to conventional healthcare, not a replacement for it. I encourage you to keep your healthcare providers informed of any herbal use. I will also educate you about potential interactions between herbs and any medications you are currently taking, and I refer to medical professionals when concerns fall outside my scope.
